The Redmi Note 8 Pro has received a price cut in the Indian market. The latest price cut arrives a day later when Xiaomi increased the prices of the Redmi Note 8 in India. The price hike was attributed to the Coronavirus outbreak in China. However, for the Redmi Note 8 Pro, Xiaomi has reduced the price of the base variant which is the 6/128GB variant.
According to the official listing present on Mi.com, the Redmi Note 8 Pro is priced at Rs 13,999 which makes it cheaper than the Poco X2 - not that it was more expensive before. The price has been slashed by Rs 1,000. However, the price cut is only for the base variant while the 6/128GB is available for Rs 15,999 and the 8/128GB is available for Rs 17,999.
The Redmi Note 8 Pro has been listed on the Mi website with the new prices and is also available on Amazon India. The Redmi Note 8 Pro is available in four colours - Shadow Black, Gamma Green, Halo White, and Electric Blue.
